MXScan provides email security scanning and monitoring services, including but not limited to:

  • DNS security analysis (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT)
  • Email blacklist monitoring
  • Automated scheduled scans
  • Security alerts and notifications
  • Historical scan data and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scan domains you do not own or have permission to scan
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or copy our service
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or spam others
  • Overload or interfere with our infrastructure

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Our Free plan is provided at no cost with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize automatic recurring charges

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refunds are not available for renewals or after 30 days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process domain and DNS data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • 100% uptime or availability
  • Accuracy of all scan results
  • Compatibility with all systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MXScan are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our service
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXScan shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from scan results or recommendations
  • Third-party actions or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MXScan from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Abuse of the Service

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
